- Koi pond consultation, design, construction, and maintenance services
- Quarantine, holding, care, and after-sales support

4. Product Information & Disclaimer
4.1 Live Products
Live koi are living animals. Their size, colour, pattern, and health may change due to environmental factors, handling, transportation, water conditions, and post-sale care.
4.2 Non-Live Products
Images and descriptions of koi food, pellets, and accessories are for reference only. Minor variations in packaging, colour, or specifications may occur.
5. Orders, Deposits, and Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposits
Deposits paid to reserve koi or services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 Full Payment
Full payment must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposits and cancellation of orders.
6. Delivery, Collection, and Risk
6.1 Risk Transfer
Risk in live koi passes to the buyer upon collection, delivery, or handover to a third-party transporter, whichever occurs first.
6.2 Third-Party Transporters
Where third-party couriers or transport services are used, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once the koi has left our premises.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of live animals:
- Cancellations after confirmation are generally not permitted.
- Refunds are not provided for live koi unless required under applicable Malaysian law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
For non-live products or services, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, branding, and design, is the property of Yamakoshi Nishikigoi Centre Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
